Welcome to Palos Verdes Estates
Luxurious and historic family-friendly community just outside of Los Angeles.
Tucked in between greater Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean lies one of Southern California’s most desirable and luxurious communities. Palos Verdes Estates is the oldest neighborhood on the elite Palos Verdes peninsula and is known for its stunning architecture, sprawling properties, and picturesque town center.
The area was originally part of a land grant gifted by the Spanish Crown. However, the land passed between wealthy investors and developers for years until the city’s official incorporation in 1939. Since then, the area has remained dedicated to preserving the pastoral and rural scenery in addition to the stunning ocean views that make the area so special.
Families are often attracted to the area not only for the wonderful family-friendly vibe that permeates the community but also the number of highly-rated schools in the neighborhood, with students performing exceptionally well on a national level.
